Registration

New Student Registration

Helpful Hints Before You Begin:

  • Have the following information available for all students in your household:
    - Student's FULL Name (First, Middle, Last)
    - Student's Date of Birth
    - Student's FULL Social Security Number (optional)
  • Write down your application number for reference
  • Parents should have a valid email address
  • Be sure to check your spam for the confirmation email from infinitecampus@fultonschools.org
  1. Gather your required documents. 
  2. Complete the online registration process / Complete el proceso de inscripción en línea: https://www.fultonschools.org/enrollment.
  3. Email your application number to / Envíe el número de inscripción a: battlel2@fultonschools.org

All documents will be reviewed and verified before completing the registration process. / Todos los documentos serán revisados y verificados antes de completar el proceso de registro.

Required Documentation

  1. Certified Proof of Date of Birth/ Prueba certificada de fecha de nacimiento
  2. Original Social Security Card / Tarjeta original del Seguo Social o fomulario de renuncia (proporciondado por la escuela)
  3. Current Immunization Record (GA Form 3231) Signed by Doctor / Registo de inmunizacion atual firmado por la doctora
  4. Certificate of Eye, Ear, Dental, Nutrition (GA Form 3300)/ Certificado de nutricion, ocula, auditiva, dental
  5. Government Issued Picture ID / Idenetificacion con foto emitida por el gobierno
  6. Proof of Residency- Required to provide One Current Utility Proof AND One Residence Proof: /Prueba de residencia: se requiere una prueba actulizada de servico y una prueba de residencia
    • Approved Residence Verification List:
      • Current utility bill (electric or water) AND // Factura actual de servicios públicos (electricidad o agua) Y
      • 1 of the following/ Una de las seguientes:
        • Home Mortgage Bill /; or 
        • Home Sale Contract; or
        • Current Apartment/House Lease; or
        • Section Eight/HUD Housing Document; or
        • Current HOA Bill; or
        • A current year tax bill or assessment
  7. Academic Record (if applicable)
